Puppy Purchase Procedure

• Pups are wormed with 'Drontal Suspension' at 2,4 and 6weeks of age.

• Pups are washed and or groomed weekly from 4weeks of age.

• At 4weeks they are given a basic check of healthy

• At 4weeks they are photographed for buyers to choose from.

• Once someone picks a puppy they are sent a copy of the sales agreement, to be paid within completed and retured within 24hours of receiving agreement or the next person waiting will be offered purchase of pup. Puppy care guide and deposit details will then be emailed to you. Deposit is $500non-refundable,

• When someone makes a deposit or payment, they are sent a photo receipt once the payment is received. If paying cash they receive a written receipt.

• Puppies photo’s or videos are posted weekly for the enjoyment of the customer until pick up.

• At 6weeks pup is vaccinated, microchipped and health checked.

• Customers flying pups are requested to make an account at www.petregistry.nsw.gov.au so the transfer of ownership can take place.

• Puppy packs contain sample food, training booklet, toys, harness, blankey, treats and toys depending on availability of products.

• At 8-10weeks pups are taken to the vet for desexing unless the customer chooses, desexing voucher valid till pup is 6mths of age (tiny breeds cannot be desexed prior to leaving) at cost.

• Pups are kept separate for 1 night their stitches are treated with antiseptic once every day until healed.

• Pups begin crate training at 7 weeks. first together than individually in evenings

• Stitches are removed after 10days for desexed puppies.

• Flight certificate from the vet is acquired for pups flying only

• Pups are treated with ‘Advocate monthly’ the night before leaving

• Pups with desexing vouchers leave from 9weeks of age

• Pups desexed leave at 10-12weeks of age

• 2nd vaccination at 10weeks if requested by the customer at cost

• All pups travel with a 'blankey' and toy giraffe that has been in the litter for a familiar smell.

• Once full payment is received. Paperwork is posted or handed to the customer. Paperwork contains signed sales agreement, assurance certificate, desexing certificate/voucher, transfer of ownership form, vaccination/health booklet, a copy of parents DNA testing.

• Vaccination booklet travels with the puppy in purchased flight crate only.

• All pups have lifetime rehoming policy and lifetime support is offered to customers.
